Plumb Smart Plumbing is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician / Plumbing Mechanic to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, value professionalism, and are committed to delivering high-quality residential plumbing services.
We are specifically looking for at least one strong mechanic with proven experience running residential drain pipes from start to finish. This is a key role within our team and requires confidence, precision, and the ability to execute independently.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
Run and install residential drain piping systems (rough-ins and tie-ins)
Perform service calls with professionalism and efficiency
Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow company standards for quality and safety
Requirements
Previous plumbing experience required (service and/or mechanical)
Strong experience running residential drain pipes required for at least one open position
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation
Must be willing to attend training and development sessions
